Hi this is from a monthly portrait challenge ages ago that I found when looking for a reference to work from- there wasn't a name for the gentleman so I've made one up (if anyone recognises it and knows I'm willing to change title!)

I''m glad that came across! I was trying to use a directional rythym of pastel strokes to help suggest how the light was hitting the face:)
