"Eyes of the Cat" #8

For those of you interested, here is #8 in my "Eyes of the Cat" series. Each one has a name and was either one of my own or one that I had the opportunity to cross paths with. This one is Buddy. Some of you may have seen a commission painting I did back in August of a cat looking over a baby. Well, that was Buddy. The client allowed me to keep some pics of Buddy for my own personal use. With them I created this 'Eyes of Buddy" portrait.

Buddy was a great cat to paint and had amazing eyes, making it all the more challenging and rewarding to do! Sorry to say he no longer is with us so my paintings of him are limited.
