GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title: Not another ba
Year Created:
Medium: Watercolor
Surface: Paper
Dimension: about 12x14?
Allow digital alterations?: Yes!

MY COMMENTS:
A landscape on a sunny hazy day, trees in full leaf.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I am working on tonal relationships and composition. Would love comments on depth and tone. The darkest patch was the middle ground, ba
on hill in the background, foreground was Queen Anne's Lace/grass. Do my color relationships work? I think it's all too bright like crayons. I included a reference photo of the scene but it's a very dark photograph.

well hmm ... the comp is really good for interest and pulling the viewer into the background ... edges are mostly doing it too ... the cold greens are kind of screaming at me tho - is that viridian green? and pthalo blue? very chilly colors ... yellow ochre and ultra blue make nice warm greens (darken with a teeny titch of alizarin) best suited for natural colors found in nature.
