This is a pastel I did from the photos of swans that Don so generously let us use. Hope you like it Don. Thanks for the photos, I am going to try the nest of swans next.

Thanks, Paula. I have been doing animals on velour paper again and really enjoying the process. Just couldn't resist Don's beautiful photos of the mom and her babies that he so generously let us use.

Huni-Thanks, I was trying to show the soft side of motherhood-glad I succeeded.
Don-Thanks, I love velour for animal fur-seems like it works well for feathers too. I am also going to do the one of them on the nest. I'll post it when done.
