Title: Lonely boat on beach
Allow digital alterations?: Yes!
It's my fourth painting, little more realistic than previous.
MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
C&C are warm welcome. Thanks!

This is cool! Colorful, vivid, great value range. Two big issues, though, for me. What are the gray shapes in the boat and you just can't put a bunch of green dots on the sand. Attack the sand with long swipes of the knife to get tonality. Like you did with the water.

Although I kind of like the green dot pattern for its contrast I do love that luscious use of paint in the water. Like TG says: Cool! Also, like TG I am curious as to what those rocks are in the boat? This is a wonderful painting it is just chock full of personality!!!

The boat, which is the center of interest, is a little too centered for me, with nothing of interest around it. I don't see any movement.
amazing and bold use of paint and color, i love that you're so brave!
at first look i was a little turned off by the bright yellow boat trim matching the bright yellow foreground, but the more i look at it the more i do like the high contrast of it and the blues. it's not reality - i can accept that and just enjoy the view
the headless dude in the front of the boat is adorable in his fur trimmed coat ; )

I really like the colors and thick paint application. Very nice job I think.

Thank you All for great comments and suggestions. This painting is not a pure reality, it’s something between reality and abstraction - or maybe not. About those objects inside of the boat – it was some strange fishing machines covered with a tarpaulin, but your interpretation La is very interesting :) I'm really really really happy that there are people who like my paintings.

gorgeous picture. I think that maybe you could put some darker shading on the bottom right corner to frame the picture better perhaps
