Hi. I'm new to this forum, and fairly new to acrylics. This is a painting I just did for an art class I was taking. Assignment was to use an odd perspective. I saw the new issue of Artist Mag., and tried to kind of use that new perspective?! I just eyeballed it though, didn't get technical. It's not finished, have some things to add, to change, & hopefully enhance! C & C welcome.

Welcome to the forum!
I do like this - you've used the forced pespective very well.
It has a sense of illustration - nothing wrong with that at all!

This is charming....such a fun painting to look at, and done well!
I glanced at the same article, now I'm motivated to read it through!

Thanks all. It's kind of animated looking-I guess. I like it though-it looks better in person. It has gotten those creative juices flowing, if nothing else!

I think this is delightful. Charming and whimsical fairytale feel about it.
I like the composition and colours.

Thanks to all. It makes me want to do more of this. I think I prefer quirky or whimsical over perverse though! lol
