At the bottom of the message box, click the "Go Advanced" button.
Look for a button "Manage Attachments" and click it.
A small window will open where you can browse for files that are on you computer. Just use the "Browse" button to search for your file and then use the "Upload" button.

So just reply a few times in this thread or another thread so that you have more posts, then try again to insert the image.
