Red Gold very thick?

I have just received a tube of red gold that was much too thick to use straight from the tube with a brush, it could be used with a knife but that is not my method; I spoke to my supplier who sent me another tube but this is almost the same maybe a little less hard but not the same as the other paints that I have so my question ! is this normal?

All of your Atelier Interactive tubes should be creamy - not stiff. Despite Chroma's strict quality controls, an occasional batch can get through. We have been contacting retailers to alert them of this situation. I would be happy to replace this tube for you - just PM your mailing address to me!
