No way, some of your most recent one I kind of thought where over done with the ink, but I like this one. It seems fresh.

When i first looked I thought that the building had to much ink but the more I looked the more I liked the effect.

Agree with the other, I think some of your recents are more "overworked?? ".. but I like the effect and I think this style add some originality of your work..

I like it, too.. :)

One more for "I like it!" It's your signature, and on the houses looks like shadows with no shadow... Makes for an attention drawing piece, Flattwo... You just about cannot do a bad painting...

That's got to be a lot of work laying in all the colors and then going over it with the ink. I admire you. :)

I don't think so either, flatt...but I think the farthest left roof neds some other lines....the horizontal lines that are there take my eye out...

otherwise...it's a seller

Overworked? Not at all - in fact the impression I get Flattwo is that you gave up and didn't complete the washes.

On the the roofs for example, and from the ink texture I guess the buidings were in granite or slate as in the Lake District and I would have expected a light wash?

And I also like it a lot. For me it's not overworked, it is your personal style which I like so much.

Yeah, it's awful, Flattwo; I'm gonna do you a favor, tho, and take it off your hands so you won't have to be offended by having to look at it, so pack it up and mail it to me, will ya? :p

this is a bright, exciting piece.

It seems more organized in the lines than some of your other pieces. I think this is just about right as far as the lines complimenting the painting.

thanks for sharing,
