This is only partially scan because I don't have a decent digital. This is on aquarius paper. I am having trouble with the paper taking any more paint. I am trying to add some cool and darker shadows. After the paint dries it seems to just sit on top of the paper and I can't make the effect I need.

Can someone help me or should I get a clue http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif and just trash it and start all over????

Pilan, that's what happens when you use acrylics on paper. The first layer is absorbed into the paper and it seals the paper. Even working transparently, acrylics do not behave like true watercolors. They will not lift off, but they can be painted over. If you want it to remain transparent, you will need to add acrylic medium to the paint. Then the first layer will show thru the secondary layers.

Hope this helps some,
