You are lucky to have such a view from your backyard!

Love the blue-greens in the water...

Hi Bev!
What a nice view from your backyard. I only have a tree in mine..lol. I really like the colors in the lake and the sky is very unique...I like it!!

els...thank you! There is actually a rooftop on the far right side...I took it out. *LOL* That is the only thing that ruins my view from the deck.

Alan...thank you! I always could use some critiquing! I just forgot to put it on the page.

taghera...thank you for commenting! Somewhere over the rainbow is from the old movie "Wizard of Oz"...but then...you probably knew that. *GRIN*

Starsprite...thank you! the sky did not photo correctly. There is a lot of variation and subtle colors that do not show. I am going to try to take another pic with better lighting.

  Congratulations!! You have a very very good composition! yoyr lines guides the eye to somewhere, don't know exactly where and that's a VERY GOOD pointe in a painting.

Nice backyard! Do you have much trouble with snakes?

Mariela....thank you!

Mary Smith...no...no snakes! We live on a hill overlooking the lake...not right on the lakefront. There is a house between my deck and the lake....I took out the roofline in this painting.

JoAnn and Becky...thank you...it is a nice place to live. Right behind and to the left is a tree farm (our neighbors hobby farm). Really nice and green around here.
