I finally had a chance to get a couple monoprints done, both are 4x6 watercolor monoprints on Rives BFK. I spent about and hour and a half on the plate, then just a few minutes to print.
I'll be putting the gallery together later tonight.

Very effective Helen - I like the strong colour in the Party - how did you manage to keep it sufficiently wet before printing?

Nice work Helen. I love lots of colour like this. Aren't thoise fellows having a good time?
I added the fellows to my irises and a bathing beauty. The photos were so much fun!

Thank you all. Maureen, the paint doesn't stay wet, I soak the paper so it's damp when I put it on the plate. Mary, I'm going to explain the process on my blog but may not get that done until next week. It's a fun process.

I like them both.. But the first, i think, is my favorite.. Love the colors.
