I have purchased a full set of Interactive Acrylics along with all the mediums. I find that I have not been able to paint in a thick manner with them - only thin layers. On one painting whihc was an ocean scene, about a third of the painting literally started to peeled off. Is this characteristic?

Oh no - this is not characteristic at all! I frequently paint with palette knives and brushes in an impasto manner, and I have never had this problem with Interactive. If anything, Interactive performs even better when there is more paint on the surface. The attached ocean painting is fairly impasto, and was done with knives and brushes on canvas.

A few questions -

What type of surface are you painting on?
How was it prepared - gesso, Binder medium, pre-gessoed, raw or bare?
Are you using any painting mediums - including water?
If possible, could you attach a picture of your painting? I may be able to help better if I can see it.

Thanks!
