Hi Lulu:wave: You got me started on these musicians again:thumbsup: :music: I always tried to put a good picture here of my painting but recenetly I have found,at least three of my images for sale by other folks who right clicked them off Wet Canvas. On sites where I sell my paintings I always use a watermark so they had to be taken from here. Jeff, forgive me for doing this but,as an example I right clicked on your post and see...here it is copied perfectly.:crying: Unfortunately, anyone can do this to us.:(

Tony,

Thanks for pointing this out to us. I must admit that I hadn't given it much thought. We should be able to make it impossible to right click save our photos as other sites have done. It's a shame that we need to worry about it.

By the way...very nice work on Dizzy  . As a trumpet player of many years, I was a big fan of Dizzy. I can remember trying to get my cheeks to puff out like his when I started playing.

Gosh Tony, that's terrible!! (No not Dizzy, the people pinching your pics!!)
Maybe they can't if we put them really low res, and then of course other people can't see them properly, so if this is the only way I can see your work I am very pleased to do that, because I love them!

Hi Jeff and Lulu:) Yeah..it is sad that we have to consider security but there it is I guess. Did you ever get your cheeks to puff Jeff:) Thanks Lulu! I wish we could do a musicians show together!

My cheeks have gotten puffier, but it's more a result of junk food than trumpet playing.

By the way, I was looking through some old Art Calendar magazines and the July/Aug 2009 issue had an article on the various methods of protecting online images. If anyone has a copy, it was a good read. I'm sure there is a wealth of info online as well. Something we need to look into
