WIP progress photo - all brush - no palette knife - going slow as my artiritis is kicking in, which does not happen with the palette knife, as I use my arm and not my hand. I also tend to be tighter when using a brush. Brushes are not my favorite weapon!!
Many times I will complete the painting with brushes and then go back in and loosen and liven it up with my palette knife.

Loving seeing the process of this come alive Richard. So sorry about the arthritis:( Good tip on using the palette knife to loosen after using the brush:thumbsup:

Thanks Lulu - A good dose on asper cream on the hand tonight and I'll be good as new! It is amazing how a pallete knife can take a tight painting and loosen it right up!
