these are two one hour paintings , im pretty new to acrylics and im more of a sketcher than anything else . hope u like them.

Very nice work - love the looseness. I too paint very quickly and alla prima.

Speed sharpens the eye. Acrylics are designed for speed.
1. Craig Nelson, "60 Minutes to Better Painting".
2. Plein air painting.
3. Figure study workshops.
But, just remember, "acrylics are for painters who can't make up their minds".

The tree painting is fabulous. The angle is excellent.

Great paintings - I like the trees best.

I also like speed-painting. Sometimes I paint so fast it's almost frantic - in an art class I finished 3 paintings in an hour and a half (they weren't very good, but were great fun and I learned a lot!)

I agree with everyone's accolades and I too love the trees.
Not good with Speed Painting but you seem to be taking to it quite nicely,
