Hi everyone, this is just a small piece I did in the last couple days. It is actually the smallest I have done to date.
I am going to do a series based on the seasons. I hope you like it. It features a Nuthatch during a Canadian Winter.
4" x 12" acrylic
cc always welcome

Great piece - can't wait to see the rest.
Do you have miniature shows out in your area during the Thanksgiving/Christmas Season? A lot of the galleries here in Santa Fe do this. Look into it - this is great miniature work!

Thanks so much. I am not sure if there is any mini shows around. I know there is a few shows around christmas, but I think I am too late to apply. I do lots of shows in the spring and summer. I try to just paint all winter to prepare.

Beautiful. Great sense of the moment. The unusual aspect ratio is nice, too. Combined with your wonderful composition, it really makes your work pop. Thanks for posting.
