My first oil painting!

:clap: I have finished my first oil painting! I used water miscible paints, a variety of brands on a canvas board that was sitting around. I am really happy with the final result. See what you think. My goodness! What were you doing before oil paint? The painting's quite vibrant. By way of helping out, I would only say perhaps a softening of the flower edges to the green background at the bottom left, similar to what you've done on the bottom right. This intentional "blurring" of the edges is part of a technique called "sfumato" (I know - I say sfumato, you say sfumayto) used to unify the painting and make contrasting elements look less outlined. Otherwise and overall, real nice job!

Thanks for the feedback, Glenbob. I was wondering what that corner needed. I have been painting in watercolors for about 8 years until now.
