Not sure if the composition needs some other element in it to make it more interesting. I don't do too many abstract works.

Hmm, the picture hasn't come out too clearly. There is a little more contrast in the actual piece.

Amost looks like some dried old grasses,

COOL - I like this - if it were me, I'd think of a well placed Splash/Splatter of bright orange such as Pyrrole - or cobalt or ultra marine blue. Very nice work. It could possible use a "Shock Factor"

Your absolutely right. Thanks for the advice.
I've also cropped it, a luxury I could afford, as it's only on canvas paper, not gallery wrapped :)

BINGO - I think it's a winner - complimentary colors always give a needed punch - WONDERFUL and I think you put it in just the right place!
