I dont understand quite what goes on with your color. Does your original actually look like the image you have posted with us? If it does then there is a problem with color balance, everything is being washed away with a saturation of the orange color. If your original looks more like the image I have posted then it is fine. A very vivid and interesting play of form and color! I just ran the image through the 'White balance' on the GIMP...

YES!!!! It does look like what you posted. I am new at posting here or anywhere for that matter! I'm still trying to figure out the whole take a picture of it and post it thing. I'm not very good with technology! Thank you for this tip and for your comments!

A very strong and interesting piece. Nice color harmonies. Good dominance of color with the smack of the compliments making the whole thing sing.
