You've been busy, Lynne! Three very different pieces and I like them all, well maybe the Hollyhocks just a tiny bit more. Neat texture in the first one and a very abstract feel to the woods scene.

You sure have been working hard! Have you decided which surface you like best to work on?

I like the abstract feel to the first one.

 HI! I really like the hollyhocks and lillies----flowers are so difficult!! Burgandy hollyhocks are so nice, my flowers haven't done a thing yet!!

hi donna. thank you.I had some time off from work so ive been enjoying my time painting.its been nice and quiet too.ive been experimenting alittle too,,,with small sizes and different surfaces. Thank you for liking the hollyhocks!!! its taken me two years to get them to bloom...the black ones...and those are the white lilies you were waiting for to bloom!I had alot of fun doing that plein air.
hi kathryn, thank you. i guess i have been busy....its more like art therapy for me this weekend!I like the textured surface thing alot....i think and plan alittle more about what i want to do.but i like the ampersand too. I really love the wallis...i had so much fun using it for my big popham beach painting. the giraults and senneliers go on like butter . the surface likes my touch or vise versa:lol: it works very well for me.im working on a horse painting (its just sketched out)and thats on rough side canson...lol im always boucing around on surfaces...depending on what im doing or my mood  . oh man... how i ramble :p
thanks again:wave: lynne
