Here is the fourth portrait of Randi- Pastel on gray Canson 12x16. The basis was started from life, and continued later in the studio. I've been working quite a bit with lighter and more subtle color choices and techniques of finishing- mostly in the features. I do like what's going on here. Her other portraits are here if you'd like to look:

The most recent Randi (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=570188)- one of my favorites.
A profile- (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=542270) more to the warm.
And also another 3/4 view (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=529770)- not the best likeness, but fun color.

Excellent work Ken!

I dream of some day being able to do this well.

Oh, one small crit, on closer examination there appears to be a red highlight in her eye which is quite spooky - like red-eye in photos.
