Mayan dragon, x-post to pen and Ink

I think I'm finished with the inking part of this piece. I used Micro pens, with green for the body of the dragon, blue for the details, and black for most of the stipple work. The stone wall background is all black.
Paper size is 11x9

Please let me know what you think, C&C are welcome.

I have decided that I should do a watercolor wash to make the colors a little less subtle

That looks terrific. You've captured the feel of the Mayan architecture and art style perfectly. I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks with a watercolour wash on it.
