Saddlebred

This is an American Saddlebred I did in Adobe Photoshop. I'm usually someone who does a lot of detail, and ultra realistic digital paintings. However, I wanted to loosen up, and try something a little different. I play several sim games online, and to fit with the style of vector graphics done in the game, I made this.... but it's not a vector. I created basic shapes in seperate layers, and colored in the highlights and shadows. I'm not much for filters, and typically don't use them, but to give it some shine, and a touch more of an unreal feel, I used a few lens flares throughout the body. None were used for the mane and tail.
This is my first time posting in the digital art forum here, though I've done many digital paintings in the past.
