I am thinking I need to lighten the green in the leaves as they don't show well at a distance.
comments welcome

Like them, unusual composition with the triangular canvas's, but i think it will work.

I think they're great and yes probably just give those greens a little pop and you're all set. I like the triangular canvas, don't think I've ever seen them before, very cool idea, really! Nicely done!

thanks everyone that is enough encouragement to keep trying the acrylics. I am not so messy with them as I use to be.

Nancy...is that one canvas that you painted into triangles? or two? Love it!!

Nancy, those are quite unique! I really like the style you used for these, it suits you!

One more triangle would really make the set outstanding...it would give the grouping better "balance".

Or you could hang just these two paintings one above the other...creating either an "hourglass" or "diamond" appearance.

Great job painting these!

Oh, and where did you find triangular canvases?

they ae 2 separate triangles I bought years ago on sale, I have looked endlessly for a 3rd and never seen one again.
I also liked the idea of a 3rd.
I suppose I could engage my husband to make me one.

excitement fades.....I went to check and they are all out of stock. left my email for notice when they are in.
It would be nice to finally complete the set. I can find another florida white bird, maybe a stork.
