This should be a fun thread! Here are my buddies. First is Yoda, er, I mean Coby. Then Coby and Bosley my protectors. Then Cocoa, the baby of the bunch. And there's Cocoa again, stealing pears from the tree. They eat them like candy. They crack Hickory nuts and eat them too! I swear I feed them plenty but you'd think they were starving. They look like they go hungry, don't they.

Wonderful photos of pets posted. I am enjoying this thread, which comes up from time to time.

Here is a photo of Maggie, our Dork. Maggie flew into our backyard one day when she spied a bowl of dog food on our deck. She's been with us ever since.

We had to quit putting the dog food out on the porch for just that reason Terry! Those pesky dorks are everywhere aren't they. :)

The dorks eat regular dog food? Do you have to supplement with sunflower seeds or something?

It looks like a bunch of lucky well loved pets here!

Your dork is quite unusual. Most of the dorks I see come in blue.:cat:

Here is my companion, my friend, and the one that gives me joy on a daily basis, Budda.

I'm really enjoying the photos in this thread, but up until now I've avoided the temptation to post my own, because I knew two things:

1) With over 1000 photos of our two dogs, I knew it would be hard (and time-consuming) to choose a handful to post.

2) And I know it'll be hard to stop.

Nevertheless, here are two shots of Guinness, our Westie.

This one was taken on January 1, 1999, the day we brought him home. He sure was tiny then:
432400

And this one, which I've posted here before in a different thread, is pretty much what he looks like today. He was the runt of the litter, but ended up being much larger than your typical Westie:
432401

We have another dog: Hazel is a mixed-breed, mostly Wheaton Terrier, that we got from a shelter. I'll save pics of her for later.

(still giggling over the dork!)

Sherry, Most are blue, but there are some white ones. The white ones are the nurse Dorks. They are the ones that deliver little puppies.

This is Fatty, he is my daughter's cat and he has come to live with us while my daughter and boyfriend find a new home. They are living with friends in a new town because the boyfriend was promoted and transfered to a new job without warning. The manager of the store in the new town was called up for active duty and may have already shipped out by now. They are saving up money to pay for deposits on utilities and rent. She said it may be about 6 months before they have the money. so we have him till then.
Fatty is waiting for his dinner.
