Unfortunately with the size limits, i tried to get as much on as possible and in doing so I think the colors inbetween are too close...but this should still show u how different colors affect others.

the color looks different depending on what's surrounding it.

This is an intelligent way of looking at color. Black background makes all color pop out. The complementaries do not seem to share well. Yellow does not appear to be a good background for other colors except for black...... I am just thinking loud.
