Hey

Not posted here for a while .. hope everyone is well.

Just thought you guys might be interested to see a piece im working on at the moment. Not finished as yet, kinda abstract girl sorta thing !

Not happy with the eyelashes at all .. need to maybe paint over them or do something ! .. face and hair need more work as does the shoulders etc.

Its a stretched canvas, can't for the life of me remember the measurements !!

Anyway .. all C&C welcome !!

Pretty good so far.

Try removing the eyelashes completely.

Here's a digital modification of your painting without eyelashes...

I agree re removing the lashes.
They are too contrived for the style of the painting,
and stand out very much distracting from the painting as a whole.
Beautiful colour here, and very pleasing.

thank you for the support :)

Eyelashes are on their way out .. just need to work on her face more, i think other than a few slight corrections her hair is done. Then continue with her body.

Is this kinda Abstract ? .. or not ? .. I didn't deliberately set out for it to be abstract as such, i just wanted to paint a thoughtful looking female, but not in realistic style.
