Oh, what glorious drawings! This one is beeautiful - what solidity of pose, what grace in those turgid outlines of her legs! I was wondering where you were :)

Mac, you haven't lost your touch. I like the thoughtfulness of the second and the ease at which you've captured a difficult pose in 3.

Hey, I hope this makes it. I love the reclining nude, very substancial beauty portrayed here!

Mac,
Always impressive. You seem to capture the essence of the model.

Mac........good to see life can't keep you away from your easel for too long. Great set of sketches . Nice solid looking forms with heaps of character. Looks like you really got your teeth stuck into these ones.

I like the drama in the reclining one with the foreshortening...All are well done...

Nice work Mac. The 3rd one, the lay down pose is very well done as this angle is always a challenge.

thanks Prosenjit ... I had to look up turgid as it's not a word that has been applied to my drawings before... but then we haven't had anyone with quite your descriptive flair!
thanks Nathan the goal is to improve, not to lose!
wanda very substancial beauty portrayed here yes!
W.C. I missed out on a few drawing sessions, including the monthly one which I had organized... but the routine is on track again now!
Carlton glad you are enjoying them as much as I enjoy doing them!
thanks Steve
Brad I see you managed to get back from Scotland! yes its a challenge to keep up the drawing practice
Trevor we do have robust models!
it was more constrained than hectic Dave... and I didn't have to try to make her look fantastic!
Jack I'm not a fan of those forshortened poses... but it was dramatic!
thanks Barry yep definitely a challenge!

thanks Trevor, its still a work in progress... I had a closer look at the reference and the eyes don't appear to be uniform... but I'll watch it!
