My project this past summer. Some have followed my progress over on Flickr. These are each 4 x 5 inch, canvas panel. Painted for a women's rally/luncheon, to be held next week. I spent an average of 1.5 hours on each. I learned I could make a mosaic display of photos over at flickr. Very happy about that! These are cropped a bit, given the square format.

Tremendous accomplishment Linda. You should be very proud. What a site to see all these together. Hard to pick a favorite - there are so many, but I'd have to say if the rows were 1-8 and the columns were A-E, my favs would be 2C, 2E and 3B. Just wonderful.

The amount of detail in each painting is amazing for such small size canvases. Well done Linda, I'm really impressed with them all!

Thanks, Lillian. The detailing is more representational than exact. I think it may be easier to get away with that with a small painting.

Wow is the word! Fantastic display. I could see this printed as is for a poster. We have a few local posters here such as Bars of St. Louis or Porches of Kirkwood. Not sure where you would sell it, but it would be great! I know the one far right 4th down. I painted it, too, with not so great results.

I think the sketching was coming easier for me. Eyeing the angles and such.

:wave: All of these are beautiful Linda! As I looked them over, I was amazed by so many things, the angles of the bridges themselves, the illusion of details, the strong contrasts, the reflections, the compositions - so much to love about each and all. You should be quite pleased and proud of this accomplishment and for all the experience you gained.

:clap::D Awesome Series!!!!!:D :clap:

Thanks so much, Soni and Pete. I'm just glad I'm done. Switching gears from bridges to books, with school starting for my kids.
