Great idea. I've seen gold leaf applied but never followed through on my own art. This is alot more appealing. I have a small hummingbird picture that I'm thinking of painting again & maybe I'll try this method. :thumbsup:

I remember seeing your painting of hummingbirds, Valorie. I think you may be referring to my article on working over the Schmincke gold paint (not actually leaf). Hope it was helpful!
