Metal or plastic - metal.

10-26-2008, 03:57 PM
Sno, some sort of wire cutter, pliers, wire (insulation) stripper ?
M.D. is the background part of yours ?
snoball
10-26-2008, 05:08 PM
not a wire cutter, not pliers, not wire stripper.
I don't think there is a background showing in M's. It looks like that is all part of the animal.
Mariette Deveau
10-26-2008, 05:27 PM
There is no background showing in mine.
But there are two separate items involved.
And you are seeing parts of both items.

Mariette, is yours a common item?
Used indoors?
Are both items related? Necessary to each other? Connected? You might be able to put mine in a bread box but you wouldn't be able to close the door of the box. It would stick out, if it did fit.
Both items are related, yes... and necessary to each other.
It is a common item, yes.
And yes, used indoors.

Could it be a reflector holder for a photographic reflector along with the reflector?
Mariette Deveau
10-27-2008, 10:32 AM
No, it's none of those things.
Here's more information: What you see on the right is attached to what you see at the bottom. IOW, the things on the right and the part at the bottom are all part of one of the items.
The rest of what you see is part of the other item.

Wowzers! What a beautiful butterfly! He's so... red. Wonder what kind it is.
I thought the butt part was a chrysalis on a leaf, and I that the red markings on the wings was something separate... a bug, or beetle, or the butterfly. Didn't think it was all part of the same thing.
