Does it look finished?
What are the areas of focus? Where do your eyes end up first?

Is it balanced?

Ah, a contradiction in your question..."where do your eyes END UP FIRST". LOL First, I notice the quitar, predominantly for the warm colors you used on it. That is a good thing. I do spend time looking around, but come back to the guitar. That works nicely.
I like the fact that in the 'money' piece your written words are more scattered through the piece. Here they are concentrated at the top. Perhaps, if the word 'instrument' had been verticle down the right side of the page it would balance a bit better. It would also bring the text into the rest of the image.
I like the addition of the styalized notes.
