oil and string and concrete? just your everyday artist's supplies:p you must tell the story of how you used these goodies ...

I'm with Jnet. I definately want to know about the process here. You've peeked my curiousity. The color and the texture are wonderful. I could get lost in this one for awhile.

the board was used to mix cement
it is sacrified by shovel scrapes radiating from the center
the lighter section at the top has a layer of cement laid on
and there are other cement splotches left around
the three verticle lines and some of the curves
are built up from string
i didnt say but there are also pieces of collage
cut outs from a construction blueprint
im not sure why
how and what are much easier questions

This would be great on my wall. Not only does it look good, but during the winter it could be a radiator.
