OK, I am signing off until later today. I have sent my son away with a babysitter for the day, and I am heading down stairs to my torch! I am doing the same thing on Friday. WOOHOO!

Have a good day and enjoy the free time. I have two boys its always nice to have a sitter. Show off those beads when your done.

Kids are great, but they seriously cut in to the art time.

I have a 16 month old and have started doing a similar thing so that I can get my bead studio cleaned out (so I can finally use it) and get some drawing time in the art studio.

Yeah Amy! Have a fun day!

My son is away at basketball camp all week so I have the entire week to torch. I had better not spend it loafing and surfing the web.

Jealous, jealous, green with envy ... have a great day Amy! Wish I could do the same, I would love an ENTIRE day to myself! Or even an entire afternoon. That's unheard of in my household :crying:

Wishing you happy and productive torching!

I agree with Mary, total jealousy going on here. Enjoy every minute today and Friday on your torch. I know how hard it is to pull torch time too.:p

How nice! I have had to draw a line at the door with electrical tape--and my three year old stands at the line and says "Mommy, turn off your fire, I need a hug..."(or whatever she thinks will work on a given day)... Hard to resist that!

ENJOY the kid-free torch time ... kids are great, but they do cut into that ever-precious time on the torch. And I agree with Kathy - where are the pics? :)
