an estuary in forground, windy so tied in to

painted some Iris on the patio this am currently

Hmm, let's see...horizon almost in the middle, focal point right in the middle,
pretty much no lead in...so it's gotta be a lousy painting, right? WRONG!

Dittos on the sky perspective. To me a pleasant work, also, I really appreciate "continuing greens".
I've done most of my Winter/Spring work on the SoCal coast, until 2mos ago when we were blown off the beach to inland Laguna Canyon. It was green upon green and more green. Being from sand, stone and ocean, the change was a little hard to handle in one afternoon. So, I really like your greens, particularly, the sky refections and the flat surface estuary planes.

Dan, pretty solid man. I love the little hit of yellow that streaks accross the clouds kinda mid sky, you caught something there for sure.

Chris, I was talking about the second image. :rolleyes: Dan's van (truck?) is touching the edge of the image. :D
