I submitted an entry to this juried exhibit after reading the description and looking at prior year selections. In prior years, the number of entries selected were three times as many as this year. I was very disappointed to find out they had selected only eleven artists. Over seven hundred artists submitted more than twenty-one hundred entries. Based on the entry fees and the prize money offered - $1200.00, I estimate they made between $24,000 and $35,000 on the entry fees.

I feel that any show that is only going to accept as amall a number of entries as this show did has an obligation to inform artists of their intention.
