Hi Everyone,

Are you as stoked as I am that Guillermo Del Toro will be directing The Hobbit? I love Del Toro's work on Pan's Labyrinth and The Devil's Backbone... plus I'm a big Hellboy fan.

Check out this article (http://www.mtv.com/movies/news/articles/1586421/story.jhtml?loc=interstitialskip) with Del Toro. He mentions the probability that John Howe will return to be conceptual designer for the film (Howe worked on the LOTR trilogy). I think John Howe's work is amazing. IMPACT Books is lucky enough to have gotten to do a book with him, John Howe Fantasy Art Workshop (http://www.fwbookstore.com/product/1609/art-instruction), plus we're working with Howe on another book Forging Dragons due out in October.
