This one evokes some nostalgic feelings for me. My mom had a copper kettle, and my dad grew corn. I can almost picture this on the kitchen table. :) Nice work.

i love many of the objects, the kettle and the pot in particular. nice colors, good shapes and execution. and i love the rough texture of the corn.

the 'paint around' quality of the BG distracts, however.

This is appealing. Your ellipses are a little off on the kettle and bowl and the background colour doesn't help the kettle.

They are quite off - aren't they? The poor old kettle is bent and leaning. I agree about the background- needs cooling- and to go a bit bluer.
