First sketch-My wife after our wedding

Hello Everyone,
I tried to post this here first but only ended up getting it into the critique forum. This is my first person sketch (ever) from a photo taken shortly after our wedding in India. It was done during breaks at work amounting to about 30 minutes on copy paper with a plain "#2" pencil. I'm still working on getting facial features right.
