LOL...I LOVE IT! Great expression on her face. This reminds me of a school friend...Delpha. *LOL* She always held her head to the side with long blond hair.

Wow La, really great. I like the colors. The expression on her face is so well done. A very very nice piece.

ah, you just don't meet women named Winnefred anymore. The new generation of girls all seem to be named Madison. Regarding your painting, I think the strongest part is the highlights on the lips. The background is also beautifully done.

But let's have some comments. What does this scene mean to you? What should it mean to viewers?

This is way cool La. I bet most of us have a friend that we can relate to this pose. I could name 3 and it's funny because they are all different. Should be a good seller. I love the glasses.......Lenore

tgsloth, she is merely a rescue, there's freedom in that, was going to name wacky wanda but daughter insisted not as it reminded her of last years crazy bus driver, winnefred works but how Do you spell it?!

Bill, lots and lots of vitamin c : ) i'm trying on livelier, branching out from gloom 'n spooks a bit, thanks for your thoughts

hey Lenore, thanks, am glad 'tis cool for you : )
take a copy if you like, if you think it would offer a smile to you daughter

This is a great portrait - it just says so much about her, even without the title.
