Let me be the first to congratulate you! OP, Watercolor, Oil...art is art and I can only imagine how thrilling it must be to have entered an art show and won an award.

Having been born in Shreveport, La., just a few miles from Texas (and Arkansas, the good old Arklatex) I'm about as close to being from Texas as I am from Louisiana.

My first big trip into Mexico was via Brownsville throuh Matamoros.

Wonderful country.
