Glad to be here, Laura. ISGB was seeming so oppressive to me lately. Too much fighting and biting. ISGB is a wonderful resource, but WC is much friendlier and will soon be as resourceful, I'm sure.

both the set and the vessel are so pretty! Those coastal colors in the set look so tempting right now... we've had over 100 days without rain here and i'm so ready to see some water!
but i digress... great job!

Hi Jaqui, great to see you. Just to clarify, it was Laura Brito that found the WC forum and worked to get a home specifically for glass. Great beads, BTW.

Hi Everyone!
Sorry about the name mix ups Laura and Lauri!

Harold: The vessel is 1 7/8" tall and 1 1/2" across.

Thanks everyone for the compliments...... I wasn't sure if it was "doable" at first to sculpture something on the handles. The picture doesn't show the real beauty of the angel handles, but they are awesome! They also seem to hold up really well!
Now, if I could just figure out how to do a stopper oof glass......

Hugs!
Jacqui

Oh Harold, I forgot to answer..... I live closer to Atlantic City than to Ocean City' both an hour or more away.... I'm closest to Long Beach Island, which is maybe 45 minutes away.
Do you live in the area?
Hugs!

Hey Jacquidol,

Wow, that's even smaller than I had thought, such detail for something so small:clap:

I don't live in the area now, I grew up in Southern NJ...There's no place like home.:crying:

Hey Beth,

Atlantic City and, the surrounding area. That's why I laughed so hard about Mags post..." A Southern Gentleman"...most here consider me a carpetbagger.

And the "Gentleman" part...I'll admit to that but, It takes a real lady to notice.:D :D :D :D

Oh, I thought the "Gentleman" part was the laughable one! I thought most people in Florida were transplants from the north?

I thought the same way about the "Gentleman" part also. Ya notice he spends alot of time rolling on the floor laughing. Now tell me........Would a real "Gentleman" do that?
