It is great Alicia...Love the movement that the light blue gives.

His right and left wrist seem to be different sizes to me.

Absolutely lush. The blues and oranges, warms and cools, are beautiful, the subject invites me to linger. What a wonderful painting. Thanks for posting.

Hi Alicia,

I like this work alot.
His expression is really good and the head's angle is convincingly depicted.
The foreshortening of his left arm is also realistic; I wonder if the wrist is a tad too thick ?

I had a hard time with his left wrist..the fatty part of his palm became part of the wrist...thanks for pointing it out..i will fix it ....

that was something i wanted very much to show..!!
Veronica-----I have posted a couple of WIP in the past, I think you can look them up when you pull up my profile and look under " all threads " I may do another one in the near future,,,
thanks everyone for your support and encouagement and suggestions..
I wasn't sure if i was going to spend the money on this one and get it framed for my show, but i think now I will........:thumbsup:
