Another fantastic painting...and brilliant title. I'm a huge fan of your work. Your site is bookmarked on my computer because your work fascinates me I'd love to try something like that, but I'm "skeert"! Thanks for sharing another beauty.

Wonderful trompe l'oeil! Hm, the shadows of the pins are at different angles, and I can approximate where the studio lamp would be, but somebody who's not painted indoor still-lifes is bound to think the shadows ought to be parallel. Well, their problem, I guess. :-)

Loving it!! Great work as always, perfectly executed! One little nit....my eyes get distracted by the upper lines of the card, seem to be a little "halo-effect" going on (don't know I express this right...) Could just be the photo / uploading though, or monitor issue since no one else noticed....
