This is from my imagination, no place particular.
I tend to draw from my childhood memories to create my paintings.

This is acrylic on gessoed board.
6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm)

I know it is small but since I do not have a studio at this time, I am limited...

Your comments are welcomed and valued.

Thank you for looking.

Danielle,
It intrigues me as to how you manage to pack so much energy and information into such a small area. This is simply breathtaking. The small tensions you created in the foreground make it appear that even that is cowering and looking for somewhere to hide from the inevitable ferocity of your storm. So much energy and power. Fantastic!

Very beautiful indeed! The flash of red against the turquoise blue is striking.

What she said. :D One thing I find intriguing is the shape on the beach that *could* be a shipwreck.

I like it. I'd hang it. I see a rotting rowboat.

Very moody and the sky speaks to me with its movement and drama. This is a very successful piece.

It's a storm all right. Lots of feeling. Lots of color. Looks like a boat washed up on shore. I really like it.

wonderful colours !!

the trash on the left side(some rotten metal,is it??) would not really have been necessary, the picture convinces without any realisitic touch:thumbsup:
