Has anyone ever used Oil Sticks?
If so whats brand(s)?
and what were they like (consistency, dryingtime etc.)

Welcome to the OP forum.:wave: I moved your thread over here to the OP forum so that more people would see it. Several the Op artists here have used oil sticks, myself included. I prefer R&F pigment sticks because of their soft, creamy quality. There is another thread here talking about oil sticks. You might check out the thread called extra greasy oil pastels.
Hi, and welcome to the OPs forum. I have Shiva Oil Sticks, and a few Winsor and Newton Oil Bar thin sticks. They are more transparent and produce thinner layers than oil pastels, and they dry in a few days. There are limited numbers of colours available, so overall they are much more like oils than oil pastels, except in that they come in stick form. Jane
