I hate button holes and swore that I'd never again do them. I would instead use broaches or pins (the kind for knits) to close all my knitted sweaters, vests, etc.

Well of corse that is not very practicle, so I checked out You Tube and found a great video of doing a reinforced button hole.

For those of you who also have problem with button holes, here it is.

We should have a sticky where we could ask questions about problems we are having with our Fibre Arts Projects. Is that even possible?

Thanks for posting the link...I'm sure it's going to be very helpful for those who have button hole problems...sometimes they can be pretty tricky!!

As for the Sticky, I'll pose the question to Li and Diana and see if that can't be discussed. Thanks for asking!!!

Thanks for asking such a good question Maria. The Mods and I have talked it over and it was decided that for the Fiber Arts Forum it would be fairer for everyone to be able to ask their questions in a separate thread to get the most complete responses possible without getting lost in an all-inclusive thread.

Keep the ideas coming though!!! We need your input!!

That makes sense. Thanks for the quick reply.
