There was a post I saw sometime in December that showed landscape greens in trees, etc. using the yellows and blues. It was commented on extensively, especially about how we limit ourselves to the actual green sticks. I thought I bookmarked it, but did not. Does anyone remember this?

Yes, yes. That's it. Thank you so much, Deborah. Our art association has a "Paint With a Friend" day weekly and we have discussed this subject ad infinitum here. Living in North Idaho, with all its pine trees and evergreens, all of us, whether we do oils, acrylics, pencil or pastels, struggle sometimes with it. Your post is very helpful. I also looked at Colorix's latest post and got some ideas as well. Going to share them with my friends.

Thanks again,
