This is done in acrylic. I did this piece for my Dad for Christmas. I found this one to be Very challenging

Looks great! The pot looks like you could reach in and pick it up.

It's fine as is, but I'll pick a nit.
Despite its name, the focal point seems to be pot and that works nicely.
Should there be more shadow from the pot on the star? That might add some depth.

Very innovative and original. This would look good on anybody's wall. I like it in that frame too.

Very well done. Very precise. It must have taken you a bit of time to do this. I think you did the acrylic medium justice.

KYRed, it took me about 6 hours. That star was a real problem, I kept getting impatient and putting in the extra shades to quickly. What that does is lift the paint if the surface is to wet. I had to keep redoing some it. I am NOT always that happy to keep making the same mistake.Lynn
